This is how I would tackle this course:

  1. Buy a Xilinx FPGA development board (if you don't already have one handy).
  2. Download & Install Vivado.
  3. Look at and download the notes in the "Notes" section. It may be helpful to print these out and as I am explaining in the video you can take your own notes and refer back to them as needed. I have posted them as an article, but have also attached the downloadable file at the bottom of the article.
  4. Each section will describe what we will accomplish in the lab. First, watch the explained lecture, then find your Xilinx board you are working with.
  5. All my labs will go in this order:
    1. Arty
    2. Arty-Z7
    3. Basys 3
    4. Basys 2
