At this time, the simulator does not work with the IoT section, likely due to the ESP8266 module (in the simulator) still being in beta. I am working on finding ways to make the Tinkercad simulator talk to ThingSpeak, but at this time, it does not work properly.

To continue with the lectures and exercises in this section, you will need real ESP8266 hardware, such as the Adafruit Feather HUZZAH or SparkFun ESP8266 Thing Dev Board.
