One of my students has put to my attention that the API request didn't seem visible in Nordstrom. It seems they have changed their setup since my video.

But you can still see the REST API requests if you use their mobile site. You can do this easily from Chrome Dev tools by using the shortcut Command+Shift+M - or by pressing the little icon that looks like a phone and table, next to the inspect tool button.
